Beautiful Landscapes

From the open pastures of the Icelandic countryside to the burnished autumn forests and fields of a Missouri wetland, each photograph is crafted through a careful mixture of skill, patience, and artful framing. Although software editing is employed, such embellishment is usually kept to a minimum.

compositions explore how light, colors and shapes conspire to create photographic art. This has been a career pursuit for Jennifer Market, who has been working as a professional photographer since 1994. From the beginning, she has been committed to finding and documenting photographically the unusual in everyday life.

6 pieces are currently hanging through January 2012 at The Bluffs, Columbia, MO.

One piece is hanging through February as a part of the Columbia Art League's Seven Deadly Sins show.

Jennifer was featured in the February 6, 2011 Ovation section of the Columbia Tribune.
